Banner and preference popup
On the first visit a cookie banner appears. Accept All enables the optional reading-position feature, Reject Non-Essential leaves it off and removes any saved position, and Manage Preferences opens a dialog to choose. Cookie settings in the footer opens the dialog again so the visitor can withdraw consent. Local videos work without the optional setting. More scripts added later require a revised inventory.
